Here Rep. Peter Welch Donk-Vt. carefully chooses his vote on a bill that will come up in the House. This remarkable independent string is unbroken, isn’t this amazing.

    Yes, but who’s hand is working Nancy’s back? I don’t get the stethoscope around Welch’s neck–is that a reference to socialized health care?
