Vermont is facing shortfalls in the budget, $90M this year and $225M next. There is just 650,000 bodies in the state. So where are they going to get the money? Not the income tax, jobs are disappearing faster than fleas off a dead dog. Those jobs are gone, the companies closed or moved. The fools are telling each other we cannot cut but a little, what taxes can we raise. Gasoline, another penny on the sales tax, oh hell lets just seize the corporate and resident bank accounts.
