Congress is about to pass the largest TAX INCREASE in history under the guise of saving the planet with a Bill that is a NON SOLUTION to a NON EXISTING PROBLEM, ” CAP and TAX” opps “CAP and TRADE” HR2454 is not about the environment, but is all about controlling U.S citizens thru their use of energy and taking money from our pockets and lining the pockets of a select group.

A member of that group is Al Gore with his investments of Millions of Dollars in a number of so called green companies. Under Cap and Tax, money goes from our pockets to Al’s pockets to the tune of about One BILLION dollars.

CO₂ is a necessary harmless trace gas in our atmosphere. CO₂ is a very minor player in Global Climate Change, which has been going on for about 5 billion years now, it is not even in the top Ten (10) drivers of climate change and Mankind is only responsible for Three (3%) percent of CO₂ in the atmosphere. If you could some how remove all the CO₂ produced by Mankind starting in the year 1800 till the present, CO₂ levels in the atmosphere instead of being 385 part per million would instead be 373 parts per million now and Global Temperature might be as much as Point Zero Three (.03) degrees cooler today. An amount so small I believe few people could even measure it.
