Kimmel had much to say as the Pope of America’s probity on ObamaCare, gun control and the President. Now the scandalous and possible criminal actions of Weinstein, Kimmel claims a “no license” to engage in making comment abut someone else’s behavior.

Well, you could have fooled us, Jim.  It really seemed like you were supremely comfortable with serving as the country’s self-appointed moral conscience as you agitated against Obamacare repeal (having admitted to never meeting any of the millions who’ve been harmed by the law) by literally reading Democratic talking points — all to great media acclaim.  And you appeared mighty fine with scolding Republicans on gun control, smearing Second Amendment advocates as somehow complicit in the Las Vegas massacre.  Given this sobering, complicating reality check from Dianne Feinstein, I was half expecting you to primary her from the left out there in California.  But what’s this?  Are you suddenly surrendering your mantle as High Priest of Moral Rectitude and Wokeness all because you’re hesitant to go nuclear on your buddy whose grubby fingerprints are all over the industry in which you make your lavish living (and also unwilling women’s bodies)?

Kimmel had to be dragged, kicking and screaming into targeting Weinstein by Donald Trump, Jr. — following two full shows of silence.  Why is this professional comedian (and others) still soft-pedaling the topic?  Is there no ridicule-worthy content in a man whose employment contract basically allowed for sexual harassment, so long as he paid fines to the board, whose members are now feigning terrible shock over his long history predatory abuses?  And who’s reportedly planning to challenge his termination as wrongful?  Nothing to skewer here, amirite, Jimmer?

Environmentalists sue to give river human rights

An environmental group is filing the first lawsuit of its kind on Sept. 26 in the U.S., attempting to force the state of Colorado to recognize the “legal rights” of the Colorado River and the surrounding ecosystem.

Activist organization Deep Green Resistance (DGR) has signed on as the river’s “next friends” in Colorado River v. State of Colorado. The Community Environmental Legal Defense Fund (CELDF) is a legal adviser in the case, according to a CELDF press release.

“This action … comes as courts around the world are beginning to hold that nature and ecosystems possess legally enforceable rights,” CELDF’s International Center for the Rights of Nature Director Mari Margil said in a press release from Sept. 21.

“Building on ongoing lawmaking efforts, we believe that this lawsuit will be the first of many which begins to change the status of nature under our legal systems,” Margil added.

DGR is committed to stopping “industrial civilization from burning fossil fuels.” The organization wants society to revert to a “sustainable” culture without the modern form of civilization fueled by limited resources.

“Life on Earth is more important than this insane, temporary culture based on hyper-exploitation of finite resources. This culture needs to be destroyed before it consumes all life on this planet,” the group’s website says. “Humanity is not the same as civilization. Humans have developed many sane and sustainable cultures, themselves at risk from civilization.”

Out of curiosity, did all the water molecules sign on to this class action lawsuit? Did any agree to be represented in court; if not where is the standing in court for these LOONS.
Don’t we have enough serious problems ongoing in the country with the likes of Kasich, the NFL, Pelosi’s brain cramps and the bat crazy Mayor of San Juan?
Toss the suit and make the fools pay all court costs for all involved.

Anthony Weiner gets hard time

Anthony Weiner got a stiff dose of reality Monday as a judge slapped him with a nearly two-year sentence for sexting with a 15-year-old girl — a heinous crime that cost him both his marriage and his freedom.

Manhattan federal Judge Denise Cote rejected defense pleas to spare Weiner any time behind bars and instead ordered him to spend 21 months in a federal penitentiary, saying she needed to make an example of the high-profile pervert.

Weiner, who had faced up to ten years in prison, hung his head in shame, covered his face and cried silently into his hands.

 He broke down a second time at the end of the hearing, as his lawyers tried to comfort him by patting his back. His mom, Frances, wept in the gallery, where she sat with Weiner’s dad, Morton, and his brother, Jason.

Weiner didn’t stop crying until after court officers had cleared the room.

Weiner, 53, had begged the judge for probation so he could continue recovering from his longtime sex addiction and “be a good father to my son.”

The serial sexter struggled with his emotions as soon as he started reading a prepared statement in which he described reaching a new low by getting involved online with the underage North Carolina teen.

According to the feds, Weiner sent her “adult pornography” and repeatedly convinced her to strip naked and fondle herself while he watched via Skype and Snapchat in February and March 2016. [snip]

“I was a very sick man for a very long time, but I’m also responsible for the damage I have done. Your Honor, I have a disease, but I have no excuse.”

Weiner said he was “profoundly sorry to the victim” and obliquely referenced the previous sexting scandals that forced him from Congress in 2011 and torpedoed his 2013 comeback bid for New York City mayor. [snip]

Two Illegal Aliens Raped a 14-Year-Old Girl In a Maryland High School Bathroom

Two illegal aliens raped a 14-year-old girl in the bathroom of a D.C.-area high school last Thursday, just months after arriving in the country unlawfully and enrolling in classes.

Blood pressure high, yet? There’s more.

According to the Washington Times, 18-year-old Henry Sanchez and 17-year-old Jose Montano lured the girl into the bathroom and asked her for sex. When she refused, the boys took turns holding the girl down and sexually assaulting her in the bathroom of Rockville High School, located in Montgomery County, Maryland, just a few miles outside of Washington, D.C. and the nation’s immigration headquarters.

After finally escaping the bathroom, the girl immediately reported the incident to a faculty member. Both guys were arrested at the school that same day and charged with first-degree rape and two counts of first-degree sexual offenses. Montano, technically still a minor, is being charged as an adult.

In a report following their first hearing on Friday, the Washington Post stated that the Guatemalan-born Sanchez has only been in the country about seven months, and is the subject of a pending “alien removal” case.

 The Post noted that immigration officials refused to disclose Montano’s immigration status because he’s a minor; however, he came into the country from El Salvador only about eight months ago. You can connect the dots.

Here’s the real kicker – both of these guys, at 17 and 18 years old, were placed in the ninth grade after arriving in the United States — also known as the grade most 14-year-olds are enrolled in.

According to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, more than 153,000 illegal alien kids have been released to “sponsors” living in the United States since the start of FY2014. Of those, 3,286 were placed in Montgomery County.

Fortunately, Judge Eugene Wolfe refused to grant bond to these guys last Friday, and the two rapists will remain in prison until their trial.

Unfortunately, this young girl gets to live the rest of her life with the memory of being raped in the bathroom stall of a government-funded building by two guys who shouldn’t have even been here.

This is going to be very confusing.
In which bathroom did this assault take place? Were these unisex bathrooms? Or did the males suddenly undergo instant gender identification conversion allowing entrance to the female bathroom. Because of this ID mixup, was this considered a lesbian encounter?
In Progressive States (MD is one), a form either affirming or denying consent is usually required.
Is she racially discriminating against these males because of origin? If the assailants were white, would she have objected to the advances? Has she exhibited racial bias in the past?

If you dear readers, think I’m bulls#!ting with these questions, wait until you hear what the defense lawyers bring up in court. If the lawyers can shop the court for a liberal judge (in that area, a good chance of getting one) that trial will become a circus for the immigration agenda and every kinky educational idea the Left wants to insert in the schools.
She’ll be sacrificed for the greater advancement of the Progressive agenda.

Dr. Drew loses show after discussing Hillary’s health

Dr. Drew Pinsky is so afraid of Hillary Clinton and her supporters, he won’t blame them for the cancellation of his show on HLN, the sister channel of CNN.

“No, no, no. I just want them to go away!” he told one friend.

“Dr. Drew” was canceled eight days after Pinsky discussed Clinton’s health on a radio show, saying he was “gravely concerned not just about her health, but her health care.”

“CNN is so supportive of Clinton, network honchos acted like the Mafia when confronting Drew,” a source told me. “First, they demanded he retract his comments, but he wouldn’t.”

What followed was a series of nasty phone calls and e-mails. “It was downright scary and creepy,” a source close to Pinsky said.

But a spokeswoman for Pinsky said the show’s cancellation had been decided weeks before Pinsky’s comments, as part of a HLN revamp that includes the end of Nancy Grace’s show.

“I know the timing is suspicious, and I know it’s hard to believe, but the two things had nothing to do with each other,” Pinsky’s rep Valerie Allen told me.

A recently released photo of Hillary Clinton struggling to climb a small flight of steps is raising doubt about the candidate’s health – let alone her name having anything to do with actual mountain climber Sir Edmund Hillary.

Forget Sherpas – Hillary apparently now needs an entire expeditionary force of Secret Service agents just to haul her uphill, while a mysteriously ever-present special aide stands ready to give her an emergency injection of the anti-seizure medication Diazepam in case she suddenly starts foaming at the mouth and keels over from another “short circuit.”

While we don’t know how serious her conditions are, we do know that we’ve never heard sufficiently believable explanations for her previous blackouts, the severe head injury which Bill Clinton said took her “six months of hard work” to come back from, the blood clot near her brain, her thick prism glasses, and Huma Abedin’s emailed warning to colleagues to handle Hillary delicately as “she’s often confused.”

Hillary’s physical health is a genuinely legitimate issue in this election, and voters need to demand answers. Oh sure, last year she released the results of her pap smear – so we can only imagine that whatever medical condition she’s hiding inside her skull must be even more terrifying.

BONUS: THE KING OF SWING

In the meanwhile, Barack Obama has made political history yet again by having just played his 300th game of golf while in office (and doing so in Martha’s Vineyard, just so it would cost us more).

This is a remarkable accomplishment for a man who doesn’t have time for security briefings (including the day after the bloodbath in Benghazi), who repeatedly failed to meet with his jobs council, a man who has presided in absentia over the worst economic recovery since the Great Depression, a president who presides over more Americans who are out of the work force than at any previous time in our history, a man who has created a boom (literally) in domestic and international terror, and who has opened our borders to a genuinely impressive array of vagrants, career criminals, and exotic diseases.

Happily, his final “fore” year term is nearly over. And frankly, we can’t wait until he grabs his clubs and hauls his dimpled balls out of our White House.

They’re making lingerie for dudes now

When it comes to style, guys are starting to have way more fun: donning skirts, braiding their hair and even applying lipstick and highlighter to their faces.

But there is one trend even the most adventurous dudes have yet to fully embrace: lingerie.

One line is trying to change that. Menagerié — we would have gone with “Mangerié” — offers silky boxers, lace pajamas and other fancy unmentionables just for guys. But if you’re imagining flouncy pink Victoria’s Secret rip-offs, you’ve got the wrong idea.

“[We want] to bring more adornment and beauty to men’s fashion, but still remind people that it is a brand for men,” Menagerié founder Roman Sipe tells lifestyle Web site Refinery29. Hence the noir palette, clean lines and not-too-skimpy shapes.

And incredibly, the two-year-old concept seems to be catching on: Menagerié’s Chantilly lace-accented low-rise brief, which retails from $59 to $69, is currently sold out, while its black-lace elastic “biker short” ($89) is nearly so. Even a torturous-looking waist trainer ($89 to $99) is sold out in some sizes, meaning that at least a few guys have bought these fancy Spanx-for-men.

But while the response has been positive, Sipe realizes the idea of manly lingerie is a tough sell. “Most [straight guys] don’t think they need it, or couldn’t see themselves actually buying a pair of lace underwear,” he tells Refinery29.

“However, there are a few who find it intriguing and simply ask things like, ‘Well, are they comfortable?’ ” And while some ladies may find the idea of a man in lace panties disturbing, maybe seeing a guy putting in a bit of effort in the boudoir would be nice for once.
